Dr Ovida (MBBS, FRACGP, FACAM, FAID) is a highly qualified and experienced General Practitioner and Skin & Cosmetic Doctor based at Clinicare Medical Centre, Fitzroy, Victoria. With a strong foundation in both medicine and aesthetic care, Dr Ovida combines clinical excellence with a genuine commitment to patient wellbeing.
Dr Ovida began his medical career in Sri Lanka in 1997, before relocating to Australia, where he has practised as a General Practitioner since 2011. He was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in 2014, recognising his commitment to clinical excellence and comprehensive patient care.
Furthering his expertise in skin health and aesthetic medicine, Dr Ovida completed a Fellowship with the Australasian College of Aesthetic Medicine (ACAM) in 2023 and a Fellowship with the Australian Institute of Dermatology (AID) in 2025.
